At first, I worried that the price is cheap and the hotel may not be good enough or in remoted area. Out of my astonishment, it can be accessed by 7 minutes walk from Oita Station. Easy to find as the hotel is in the corner of main street. A large
Department Store Tokiwa and shopping walking street are nearby , where you can find restaurant, drugstore, coffee shops in a minutes. The hotel offers buffet breakfast at ¥850 with lots of variety of western and Japanese cuisine. Two computers at lobby can be used free of charge.

The Tourist Information Centre at Oita Station closed at 5:30 pm and the staff advised me to walk to the hotel by going up and down the subway. In fact, if you go to the other side of the station, there is a traffic light to across the road without using the subway with your suitcase. The Tourist Information Centre should improve
