My booking was put through twice, but immediately corrected within 20 hours. Although I contacted the hotel with my proof of cancellation they processed a double payment off my visa - $2475.00 TWICE.
When I got to Jerusalem and tried to sort this
out, they increased my room rate from $162.00 to $325.00 a night, to justify the extra charge . They have ignored all of my overseas calls and e-mails and during my stay offered no compensation.
Breakfast was NOT included - as it is in most of the hotels in Jerusalem and internet is at a cost - a high costs. They room is very sparse and not always cleaned. I will never come to this hotel again and would suggest the Grand Court Hotel - at which I have stayed and been very well treated.
