Will not stay again

The room was basic and desperate for renovation The bathroom door at the bottom was rotten , the bathroom fitting was rusted, We ordered tuna salad after long delay got smoked salmon , when we said why they said it was tuna!!! I orders a salad it was not cheap and the leaves had passed their usebydate few days before. The reception was a bit difficult to deal with , but at the end ok . It was a disappointing experience with such nice looking hotel.

Somewhat dated

Cons: 1. The hotel has cellular antennas installed at the top of the building, which might impose some health risks. 2. The hotel is somewhat dated. It needs renovation to stay in line with the newer hotels. 3. The signs in the parking garage are very confusing. In addition, hotel entrance from the garage is closed from 23:00 - something we weren't been told of. Finding the way into the hotel at night time was a real challenge - finding all doors locked and feeling helpless. Definitely not something you wish for at night time. Ultimately we took the cars' way out. 4. Tap water is very bad, full of chlorine taste. It could be helpful if the hotel provided us with some bottles every day. I had to take a pill and it was impossible with the bad taste. 5. The dining room where we had breakfast was awfully crowded on a Saturday morning. The staff present was not enough to cope with so many people. 6. Kosher laws prevent the hotel kitchen from preparing fresh food on Saturdays. It is about time to move forward and more openness - otherwise I'm not coming back. It's either religion or me. 7. They charge 30 NIS for the gym. 8. Location could be better. Pros: 1. Nice hotel lobby 2. Good swimming pool 3. The rooms are OK.
