Easter break fun

Wonderful hotel great amenities ! One of the best hotel i had been in ireland! I just thought the ladybreceptionist is a little loud ? In giving me Instructions at the time 4/11/15, around 7pm.. She can maybe tone down her voice a little bit, like the other receptionist next to her whom I thought is more caring ... But all Together hotel is top class!

valentines weekend

A very clean hotel situated just out of Dublin centre. There is a tram which runs every 8 minutes from near the hotel, costs about £3.50 return. The staff here we could not fault at all, the food is exceptional value for money too. €19.95 for an 8oz steak with all the trimmings! Breakfast €10 self service...cant go wrong! Be aware in Temple bar part of Dublin that the cost of a pint and a whisky and coke will set you back the best part of €20 but worth it for the atmosphere!

Great Stay

Very nice place to stay with free parking. A bit out of Dublin City Centre but the tram is only 400 metres away and not too long of a trip into the city. Nice quiet surrounds with excellent amenities, restaurant and bar. Fully recommend.

good location for working locally or access to the city centre

Have seen good and bad reviews so I want to give an honest opinion of my 4 night stay. Room was clean and we'll presented throughout my stay. Good quality food and a decent pint although main bar menu finishes at 9PM. If you have booked room only do not pay the overpriced 14 Euro for a breakfast, there is a really good cafe 1 minute away on the other side of the road plus a macdonalds if that is to your liking. A real positive was the quality of the WiFi, really fast in room and public area, probably the best I've had in a Dublin hotel. Only negative comment would be the planning of the room. The ironing board and iron is attached to a wall under a sloping roof which makes it almost impossible for anyone to use sensibly. Ridiculous planning given there is a shelf area for your case on the opposite side of the desk which could have been swapped around. Summing up I would definitely stay here again.

Oasis on the outskirts....

Nice Hotel, parking is provided, staff are friendly and efficient and there's also a pool with sauna and steam room (which worked!) - this is a bonus in a 3 star. Location is fine if you don't need to haul too much gear to or from the city - the LUAS is less than 5 minutes walk away and it takes about a 20 minutes to the heart of Dublin. There is a very nice bar but I didn't have any meals at the hotel so I can't comment on food quality.

Oasis on the outskirts....

After numerous trips to the City over the years, I only recently tried this Hotel and I was impressed. To have a full leisure facility (Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room and a Gym) available in a three star facility is unusual and it was even more remarkable to find everything working...! The location is fine - only a few minutes walk to the LUAS which will have you in the city centre in 15-20 mins. NIce ambience in the bar but I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat at the Hotel. My only minor quibble would be the somewhat businesslike (as opposed to welcoming) attitude of some staff but I guess that's just a training issue.

Overview

The room we stayed in didn't have any windows and was situated next to or above the boiler room. The noise from the boiler continued throughout the night.

Break away

The staff were friendly and attentive though unable to answer some questions in regards to transport on an evening over the holiday period. Instead we gained this from the local Tourist Information. As a keen internet user I wanted to use the facilities provided. The computer that was provided by the hotel however was unable to link to any general websites including google and yahoo email! This was extremely disappointing as I had tickets to buy and wanted to see what was going on in Dublin. Other than these disruptions the hotel was basic yet clean and tidy. I had no problems with noise and the breakfast was good value for money. Though the hotel is quite far out in an industrial area the transport links are very good. I would recommend this hotel for people on a budget.

Nice, old place, with good staff

Hi! Me and my family lived at this hotel for a weekend, and I have to say that we are very satisfied with it. The lady in the reception was one of the most helpful and nice receptionists I have ever met, and helped us with anything we asked. The facilites are good, with a nice pool and workout center. The bar is also good. The only negative is the food in the bar/restaurant which was under par. The rooms were cozy and clean with a bathtub, which is a big plus. The shower though was poor, and you ended up taking a bath anyway. The other only downside was the distance from the city. With only the Luas, which was often packed, taxi was the only good way of getting here. Summary: All in all a good place, and great value for the money. Good facilites, nice staff, cozy rooms . The only downside was the restaurant food and the distance to city.
