Juanda is a small city situated just outside of Surabaya in the province of East Java, Indonesia. Juanda is mainly known as the location of the Juanda International Airport, one of the busiest airports in all of Indonesia. The Juanda International Airport is one of the main gateways to Surabaya and the East Java Province, so chances are you will spend some time in Juanda at some point on your trip. Those going on to Surabaya will find buses that go directly to the city centre. Juanda is small enough to get around on foot, and you can also hire motorbikes if you are interested in exploring.
