Fantastic location looking over to Buda Castle - best spot in Budapest.

Best spot in Budapest. Very easy to get around. Tram right at doorstep. Staff very courteous. Only problem was I booked for 1 night personally, plus another 2 nights as part of a tour. I woke at 4am during my 1st night and tried to put TV on but it didn't work, nor did WiFi - reception already had me as checked out instead of staying for an extra 2 days and it was only 4am! This was easily sorted the next morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Almost perfect!

We were very satisfied, almost excited from the overalll experience. Tha only thing that would have made perfect our stay, would be a smaller price for the breakfast.

Perfect Location

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to stroll along the waterfront in the evening with great comfort. Liked the facility of having an ATM in the hotel. In room Wi-Fi was very expensive. Restaurant was very affordable, loved the trout.

Below average hotel

Nice location but room very small. The hotel was very crowded even on a weekday. Long lines for check in and check out. Staff are not well trained. Definitely not a five star hotel.

Perfect location and great hotel

The staff is very courteous and speaks good English. The location is just perfect, right in the middle of Budapest, along the Danube River, around all the main touristic attractions (and next to the Christmas market). We got the city (building) view as the river view are always high in demand. Wonderful week-end trip.

Lovely hotel, perfect location.

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Enjoyed dining on the Terrace, great menu and service and the view was terrific. Very sorry Viking Cruises wouldn't allow us to book into the Intercontinental in Prague. Thought Corso restaurant highly over-rated. Food was okay, service was terrible.
