Excellent Hotel Service and Amenities

We had a room looking into the pool as a sea facing room would have cost more. The room is reasonably large and very comfortable. We had a marvelous dinner at the Spoon restaurant, located in the hotel, with a great night view of Hong Kong waterfront. A nice touch with the hotel sending a birthday cake to my wife and the manager granting a late check out for us to do more shopping. A little inconvenient in terms of public transportation but for those who like the excellent level of service and high standard maintained by the hotel, it is well worth it.

good food hotel

the room is quite big to stay and the amenities is good for a 5 star hotel, the staff is helpful and politely, since there is a big construction under going next to the hotel ,it was little bit noisy. there is no free wifi in the lobby for the guests that i think it should not be charged for the guests, and they even charge the printing fee for the boarding pass printing per page, they will charge the guests for using their computers in their business center they seem like to charge everything for the guests, beside that it is a great hotel

Fantastic Hotel. Great location,

Fantastic Hotel. Great location, fantastic service, and the best views in HK. We checked out The Peninsula (across the street) and I think the Intercontinental is a much better option.
