Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens hotels
Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens
Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens is one of the best points of interest in the special administrative region of the People’s Republic of China. While the dynamic metropolis of 7 million people has a plethora of tourist attractions, a scant few rank above the historic complex.
The Zoological and Botanical Gardens is one of the oldest in the world. The Victoria Peak landmark lures millions of visitors every year and is a superb oasis in the frenetic Central District. Superior in land mass to Hong Kong Park, the Zoological and Botanical Gardens offers a brilliant array of fauna and flora for nature lovers to explore. All in all, the green sanctuary is a must-see gem in this city of skyscrapers. The park has been open to the public at large since the late 19th century. The Botanical section of the complex contains seven separate gardens, while the Zoological side has exhibits of birds, mammals and reptiles.
Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens is free of charge. Most of the park is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Visitors can access the pre-eminent Hong Kong point of interest via several bus routes from Central, Causeway Bay, North Point and other locations.
