good place but terrible ending

Stay there during Xmas time 2014, nice island and happy stay untill the last minute. When we checked out, we found they charged us nearly $500 fiji dollar for xmas dinner. We clearly remember the staff Christina told us it was $149 fiji dollar per person. Checked with her again, told us the same price, but after few minutes, she took out a price list says " $245 per person. We never seen this price list before, price not on the xmas dinner menu, no where. We complained to the hotel after arrived Melbourne,no response. Not to mention the food was way under average level! the salad is not even fresh!! Slow service, normally wait there for over 40min for your dinner or lunch. Aircon in the room is not cool at all. Imagine it is over 30degree every day ! If you go there, watch your meal price list and everything!

Amazing Tokoriki

Tokoriki Resort is simply one of the most stunning resorts I have ever stayed in. From our arrival until our departure we could not have asked for more. The staff were amazing and our accommodation far exceeded our expectation. Their motto arrive as visitors depart as friends is certainly the case. Thanks again Tokoriki see you next time

Myyy Tokorikiii

I LOVE TOKORIKI! Went here for our honeymoon and have been hoping to get back there some day! Made some good friends from the other visitors to Tokoriki, as well as from the staff, who are absolutely adorable. I loved the spa. I highly recommend Tokoriki to anyone looking for a quality relaxing holiday. We stayed in the Sunset Pool Villa and it was very expensive, nice for a honeymoon but would go with the standard bure next time. So far my best holiday was at Tokoriki.

Dining tip: In Hotel

There is only one place to eat at Tokoriki so opting for a meal plan would be beneficial if you intend on eating breakfast, lunch and dinner every day there.

Spent our honeymoon here for 6

Spent our honeymoon here for 6 nights. Loved it. Lovely rooms, outlook, pool, intimate resort, fantastic friendly service, food better than expected (didn't expect much of resort food) didn't bother with the meal plan and that worked out well. Afternoon tea was free to all guests anyway. Beach was good too - fish swam right up to you in the shallows. Coral snorkelling boat trip lovely. Had the odd cockroach experience - but to be expected in the tropics. Heli transfer was fun. Was very very sad to leave this place and would highly recommend it for a chilled romantic holiday for 2. PS: my husband and I went fishing one morning and the kitchen happily cooked up the (solitary) fish he caught for a small charge - it was delicious!
