Wavre, the capital of the Walloon Brabant province in Belgium, is known as the "City of the Maca", referring to the statue of the small boy who tries to climb the wall of City Hall. Wavre is popular for its medieval Roman architecture and monuments. The Walibi amusement park, situated in the center of the town, is the largest water park in Belgium.
