Natural History Museum
In the heart of Austria’s “City of Dreams”, rests a cocoon of historical artefacts, treasures, and stories, spanning the greatest ages of human discoveries. The Natural History Museum of Vienna is rightfully considered one of the most important museums in the world. Construction of this Renaissance-style building began in 1871 during the reign of Emperor Franz Joseph I. The history of this museum is as important as the collections themselves. Visitors are immersed in collections that up to 250 years old, with some gem exhibitions tracing back to the old Renaissance.

- Visit prehistoric times with the exceptional ancient artworks and natural specimens, including the famous Palaeolithic Venus von Willendorf statue.
- Discover the incredible remains of dinosaurs with fossils and a moving Allosaurus model.
