Great location and nice room

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with our kid. On the day of our arrival at the hotel, we got to carry our 4 luggage bags into the hotel lobby by ourselves. There is no one there to help us. The housekeeping didn't even clear the bin in the room which is almost full. However, the room is overall very clean and their king size bed is very comfortable.

Very Enjoyable

My wife and I did enjoy our stay, but it was not without some frustration booked a Studio Deluxe AP six weeks in advance. 1) We were given a Studio Deluxe AP with a disabled persons bathroom. These bathrooms have a shower only, no bath. When viewing gallery to choose a room, there is no clear definition of what you get in each room. Certainly did not request a Dis. Bathroom. 2) On arrival we could not get a parking bay, I was told they have only 60 bays for 246 rooms. had to park two city blocks away. 3) Had no hot water on the night we arrived, mentioned to service desk next morning and they said engineering would have a look while we were out. Still did not have hot water only just warm, this came only after wasting litres & litres of water waiting the warm water to come through.

Good Location but strange service and rule

Good Location as its right at the edge of CBD area. also falls in a free transit zone- you dont have to pay for any bus services around CBD area. we spent 5 nights. good clean hotel but few points to note- 1) they dont give complimentary water every day BUT if you request they give 3 bottles free every day. - i found this very strange, seems they want to save water money at guests forgetfulness. At the same time they are happy to give free on request every day. 2) Good and helpful staff. they will explain you well about the routes and places to visit. 3) Very new and clean hotel Overall nice hotel.

Wouldn't mind returning for another stay

The staff were friendly and helpful especially the counter staff from Paris. Didn't remember his name. Suite is as what you see in the photos. Only thing was that in my room 1412, you can hurt your feet at times when you step on the carpet close to the tile floor. This is due to the stapling which is to hold the carpet down. Having said this, it's the first time I had experienced this. Wear a pair of slippers or avoid stepping on that area. Perth is a beautiful place and King's Park is a must go. Lovely summer weather with the cool breeze making it a joy to be outside at the park. Cottesloe beach is beautiful and so is Fremantle. Spend two evenings there and we had their famous Fish & Chips which was voted number 1. We aren't surprised. There's chili mussels which coupled with beer is simply awesome! Shopping at WaterTown was one of the best things to do too. We spent 8 hours shopping! From opening till closing. Found the clothes and shoes we were looking for and they were on sale! Awesome!

Over night getaway

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is a bit of a walk into the city centre in terms of shopping, restaurants or night life if that's what you are looking for but we were happy with the location as we were there for a quiet night away.We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and could not fault it.

Luxury without the price tag

We usually stay out of the city but chose a CBD hotel this time as we needed to be in the city. I booked a studio apartment room expecting it to be comfortable but not too big. I was blown away by the size of the apartment and its facilities. Quality amenities were provided with L'Occitane toiletries, bath robes and a comfy bed with feather doona. Breakfast was fantastic with some unexpected treats such as chia pudding. Yum! The only negative was having to pay $30 for parking and not knowing that beforehand. Our brand new car was scratched while in the car park too. :( We will definitely return to Frasers to check up the dinner menu, designed by Pete Evans. When booking, request a higher floor to take advantage of the view over the river.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Late 11am checkout time (standard) gives enough time for a nice stroll around nearby Queens Gardens after breakfast.

Weekend Escape

The location was great for what we needed, wich was for a concert at the concert hall, might be bit too far to walk to the inner city ,public transport is close and the taxi was quick to respond ,staff where fantastic friendly and very professional, room was really clean ,the bed really comfy.Only thing not good was the kitchen wasn't stocked so well,1 wine glass ,1 coffee mug that sort of thing and noisy from the traffic so take some earplugs. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good .Highlly recomend

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Fraser Suites Perth for one night. Could not fault the staff, very pleasant. We booked a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was fantastic with balcony overlooking the river. Everything was spotless and clean. The apartment had everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. The only thing missing is a coffee machine but that's just what I would have liked. Walking distance to BCD and perth arena, which is why we were staying. One small negative is the parking, which you have to pay for. We did not realise as not mentioned in hotel description or terms and conditions, just mentioned some amenities incur a charge. Overall would recommend and will stay again.
