Great spot right on the Beach

Huge complex, everything you need, including indoor swimming pool, just right for this time of the year. Kitchenette was a bit tight, this unit can be conjoined with a two bed one, which had people in it the first night that was a bit noisy lucky they left an no one else came in otherwise it would of been uncomfortable.

Great location, not value for money

We stayed for 5 nights. Upon arrival, no one was in reception and have to wait ages for us to be checked in. When we entered the room, it was clean but have that faint smell of mould. No shower cap and our room did not get serviced. I have to call almost every day to get milk coffee etc. Would have to pay $25 dollars for our room to get serviced. Great location as they have access to the beach. Would not recommend if staying more than 3 days.

Enjoyable Getaway

Hotel resort is ideally situated a little dated and in need of room upgrades but clean and functional. Gardens are excellent and well maintained however chalets needed a good clean down on outsides to remove cobwebs etc. Spinnakers restaurant specials are always excellent value for money and tasty

Weekend Stay

Our first visit to Busselton was to attend a wedding. The Bayview Geographe Resort was a pleasant experience. The staff were wonderful, the setting world class and the facilities adequate. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update the rooms as they are looking tired.

Good and Cheap

Don't know what I was really expecting for $73 per night but it wasn't much. I guess we cannot complain, made our holiday that much cheaper and we only really slept in the room. Great location just a little lack luster and needs a sprucing up on the4 inside to bring it back up to a nice standard. Maybe if they added a decent size bed it would have been nicer?? Just saying.....

A perfect location to relax

Grounds were beautiful backing onto beach. We upgraded our room as it was not what we expected more like a dormitory. The upgrade room was much better apart from the shower. Spinnakers restaurant was very welcoming. Rooms could all benefit from some much needed maintenance

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Go to The Kent Street Bakery in fig tree lane. Cakes, pies etc tasty and value for money. Be careful parking in town shops and streets limited to 2 hours and it is policed.

Room Review

There is no micro wave in the room to heat anything or pop popcorn. There is no large sink to fill water kettle only sink in the bathroom and the kettle doesn't fit under the tap. The furniture was very old and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The back door was not very secure.

RELAXING AND CONVENIENT RESORT

We stayed here for two nights in a Villa, which was clean and well appointed. The car park was close to our villa, but some are further away, ask when booking. The indoor pool was warm and relaxing, and there were ducks everywhere. One small criticism is there was no light above the bathroom mirror so it was dark to shave, wash etc. However good staff and a relaxing place to stay.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

The sunsets are good if there is cloud about, from the Busselton jetty or the west cost, about 20 minutes away. Also there are numerous breweries and wineries nearby.
