great breakaway destination

we went there for 2 nights/ 3 days. we has great weather and the staff at the resort was very friendly. the restaurant food was good, the choice might be a bit limited for some, but it's a secluded resort so it's ok. the beach there is great, go explore the west side if the beach, great rocks there, the east side is the boring, flat and goes in for ever, but good for a very long walk and watching the sunset . we decided to experience the tent, but the villas, and it was great! it's like being on an African Safari :-) tents are like rooms all got ensuite a etc... we had one with sea view, at the top of a small hill, was nice, but you better be tall to see the sea ;-) the trees have grown a bit. so it's more like a partial sea view. also be ready to go to bed early and wake up early while there. the evenings are cold in winter and overnight temperatures drop dramatically from sunset. as well in the mornings, in the rent at 8am it start to be hot so will need to open it. and all sorts of animals (birds mostly) will wake you up from 6am till 8am. reminds me as a kid staying at the farm :-) overall if you are after an exclusive & secluded get away for the weekend, or long weekend that's the perfect place during perth winter! only 3 hours to broome then 10 min scenic flight to the resort.
