Good Location

Helpful and friendly receptionist on arrival. Kitchen under renovation so we felt at least a toaster should have been supplied. Shower head broken so unable to use properly and compensation requested was refused. Location quite good and we had a really good day going round Cradle Mountain. I had previously stayed at a much better property in closer proximity to Cradle Mountain so overall was disappointed in this hotel.

Great location

We found this accommodation and location excellent. the room was very comfortable. Our only issue was that although we had already paid, the hotel has charged us again. We are waiting for this to be sorted out.

Short getaway

We asked for a non smoking room but had smokers on either side so smell filtered in. We thought we had paid for room with breakfast included but told prior it wasn't.breakfast too expensive $18-$25,pancakes were disgusting not cooked & top ones on pile dry& cold, they need to freshly cooked as required.the buffet dinner night before roast meat was raw but dessert buffet great. Slightly disappointing but still nice open plan place to stay with friendly staff.

Beautiful place to stay

Stayed recently for a friends wedding close by. The stay was very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful and added bonus of electric blankets on beds. Would definitely stay again. restaurants very nice but a bit expensive. Would probably recommend to add some light meal options at lunchtime such as toasted sandwiches etc for a light lunch.
