Our stay at Brett Pavilion was an amazing experience from the time we boarded the ferry in Hobart. A great welcome by reception and introduction to the pavilion which has beautiful views of the river and spekky art was just the beginning. I have never spent this sort of money on accommodation before but it was a special celebration and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by all of us. The add-ons were memorable. We were looked after by the staff at the wine and beer tastings and over the most amazing breakfast in the Source Restaurant next morning. We tried everything, the swimming pool and sauna, spa bath and self catering to get maximum enjoyment out of the pavilion experience itself. And visiiting MONA museum again - a full day's experience broken up by lunch on site and later the wine tasting, even ticked my box of "being centrally located". A never to be forgotten experience which was just as good as we ever imagined - and all in our home town! A wonderful way to celebrate.
