BATEMANS BAY EVENTS
The Trithebay Triathlon Festival puts the scenic areas of Batemans Bay to good use. This March/April event sees thousands of sporty types of all ages get together to swim, run and bike for the chance to win.
Enjoy some classic blues tunes and mingle with chilled partygoers at the Great Southern Blues Festival in September and October.
WHEN TO GO
- Batemans Bay enjoys sizzling summers and ultra-mild winters. Expect temps to hit a max of 30°C (86°F) in the summer and lows of 16°C (61°F) in the winter.
- October, November and February tend to be the rainiest months.
- Spring is one of the best times to visit the area – warmish temperatures, but fewer crowds.
- Priors Buses are your best bet when it comes to exploring Batemans Bay. The service has over 27 lines and fares ran
