A very good hotel with excellant service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing not so good is that the breakfast is not included. The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre, but with convenient transportation connection.- 19-Oct-2007 In general, the hotel itself was very clean and modern. Our only complaint was that when we checked in, no one explained to us that you will need a card key to turn on the electricity, or in fact, how then to operate the lights once you turned on the electricity. We realize many guests may know how to do this from past experience, but they should not assume every guest checking in knows this. That is poor customer service. They should ask each guest if they know how to insert the card key to turn on the lights, etc. That small gesture would have made a big difference.
Also, sometimes we'd call reception, and it would ring a long time before someone picked up. However, once someone did answer the phone, they were very helpful.- 30-Aug-2007 |
