 The setting in the hotel is very homey. Receptionists and all staff are kind and helpful. I have booked this hotel two times and its visiting seems like celebration as children laugh and holiday mood is an integral part of the hotel's image. Excellent place where to spend holidays with friends and family especially because Santa's Village is just about 30min away from there.- 02-Dec-2008 The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and the room was attractive. The location is in the centre of town, so no complaints there either, and I understand the airport bus serves the hotel although I was attended to by friends.
Although the room was of a reasonable size, the shower cubicle would be a real challenge for larger people, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. It just didn't measure up to many other places I have stayed.
But overall a very fine hotel at a good price that i would certainly recommend to others. - 04-Jun-2007 Located in the very centre of the town. Good parking facilities.
