Esteemed chefs Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones, one of Blanc’s students, breathe new life into French cuisine at the Le Manoir Aux Quait Saisons restaurant. The kitchen garden provides over two acres of fresh herbs and ingredients, chosen from daily. Make sure you book a reservation as soon as you know you’ll be in town. The restaurant is open seven days per week but fills very quickly.

You don’t sit down for a simple meal at the Lanesborough – you sit down for a culinary experience. The main restaurant, Apsleys, serves modern Italian cuisine in two distinct dining rooms. Visit for afternoon tea or dinner and make sure you check out the Library Bar and Withdrawing room if you’d simply like to relax with a drink.
