Hello, we stayed in Hotel Isabella third time and this time we were really disappointed. We were in the room 611 and all furniture was very badly worn, one of the beds was broken and the room looked really shaby. Two previous visits in 2009 and 2008 were good and the rooms were clean and in very good condition. What happened since last year?? Is it because the new owner?? If this will continue, we'll have to find another hotel in the area.

Restaurant in the 19th floor with good view (with onky a few items on the menu) - Very good breakfast! Location quiet, about 20 min from the airport; car parking witk no fee.

dusty tables, food on the balcony, lipstick stained coffee cups when i arrived in the room.

Good location between airport and Frankfurt. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great choice.

They said that all single rooms were smoking - fortunatey I had booked twin rooms for sole use and they managed to upgrade us - but it seemed to be a problem as the hotel was pretty full. We ended up with nice rooms so I have no complaints at all and the folk were very helpful - thought you should check with the single vs non smoking for future visits.
