Location
Zoso Hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. The Convention Centre is blocks away and dining options abound at this centrally located hotel.

Our visit was excellent and the hotel was very conveniently located (centrally), and very comfortable. Tthe staff at the Hotel Zoso was always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the valet named Sue...she was great.

I have stayed at Hotel Zoso four times. This time was my most disappointing. The hotel has been running saturday and sunday pool parties which apparently are open to anyone. This was a real issue on Saturday when the pool area was completely out of control and totally over capacity. There were no places left for guest to sit. The next day they actually had security and a cover charge for people not staying at the hotel. The pool was unusable as so much water had been splashed out that the water level was below the filters. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Security at the hotel is lax with exterior doors being proped open for smokers etc. The hotel is starting to look rather run down and was not relaxing at all. I think I will be moving on with my Palm Springs hotel of choice.

I like Zoso I have stayed there a couple of times. The location is awesome, and very conveniently located downtown, and only a short drive to the aiprort. Rooms are spacious, with good details, well furnished and have a nice patio. The in house restaurant (Eatz) is reasonably priced with a nice menu selection. Staff are friendly and helpful.
