Anyone contemplating staying here should be aware it is a traditional courtyard hotel. We thought it was great even though the bed is a board! Unfortunately it is a long walk to the subway but taxis are cheap and the staff at the hotel always help with giving drivers directions. The hotel is hard to find for most taxi drivers in the city so be sure you have both the hotel name inChines and a map showing where it is. Breakfast is a bit sparse but otherwise we enjoyed aour stay there. A real experience.

Fantastic place in the centre of Beijing. Very interestingly for travellers. Ancient Chinese traditional interiors. An a bit poor breakfast. I recommend it for trevellers. Purely and cosy!
