Located in the centre of the capital of Vizcaya, the Zenit Hotel is in the well-known district of Indautxu, in the commercial and financial area of the capital. The hotel is just 500 metres from Gran Via, one of the main streets in the city.

The service at arrival was very bad. It improved however significantly and was quite polite at our departure. The hotel itself was very nice and I am therefore quite certain - dispite of the service - that we will return.

Positive : + nice modern hotel, clean. Worth the money. Breakfast OK (12 EUR each). To improve : - Average English, even at the reception desk - Rooms are not very spacious - Double bed size is very small (135 cm wide) or small (150 cm wide). It might be the same everywhere in Spain ???

The staff on reception spoke some english and were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was huge, and the breakfast buffet was superb. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The location was very central to the city centre. They also offer parking, whilst not cheap was very useful as we were travelling with alot of luggage. The room was spotless and comfortable although the view from the window was nothing special.
