One floor lamp, not working when we arrived Telephone never worked since, because of understaffing, noone was able to try to correct the problem Hotel is in a nice residential area, totally out of the way and not easy to find. No bars, cafes, restaurants, shops within walking distance.

standard madrid hotel located in residential area close to ariport (approx 15 min drive) average service but breakfast buffet did not taste well (scrambled eggs were cold and needed to ask for replenishing). pricing too high for the offered service & amenities

Stayed in August with unbelievable discounts: 60 euros vs the standard 550. Great deal, nice hotel, but somewhat faraway from the center and from the metro. Close enough to the Barajas airport, the ride costs about 18 euros.
