The nearby metro station, the relatively quiet neighbourhood, the clear design and good service make this hotel a real good option for discovering Madrid. As single woman on a weekend workshop trip I felt always safe and respected.

Very bad relationship quality price (the official price is 500€ per night). The rooms are small and noisy. The air conditioning cannot be regulated correctly (with an external temperature of 15 ºC we had to open the window at night and, even so, the room temperature overcame the 28 ºC, without possibility of stopping the heating). The sheets had a stain and a tear. When we arrive at the hotel at 17:00 o'clock the room’s service (supposedly with schedule from 7 to 23 hours) could only offer us a mixed sandwich (ham and cheese) because the kitchen was closed. We won't stay this hotel again.

I have stayed here a few times as it is situated in the Salamanca part of Madird, ideal for bars and shopping! I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.
