We found the Yorkshire hotel very well located good sized rooms rooms were well serviced good choice for breakfast staff were very helpfull would stay again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, but some things are looking rather tired. The flushing handle on the toilet tank was broken and there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel. The corridor carpets are also very grubby looking and could do with replacing. Having said all that, the staff were very friendly, parking the car was easy and breakfast was good.

We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent. Our room, 214, was ok but the toilet had a saniflow and it was very noisy when flushed. The wash hand basin and bath also worked through the saniflow but there was a constant background foul odour. We reported this to reception who promised to investigate but did not appear to do anything. Apart from this problem we had no problems with the hotel.

Room nicely decorated and presented but a little dusty. Paint peeling in ceiling in bathroom (room 303). Excellently presented reception area and bedroom. However very dated hallways which needed the same freshen up which the bedroom and reception area had received. Pleasant staff and nice pack of local information in room. Thank you.

Very central for Harrogate and surrounding country, unfortunately car parking is very limited and restricted.
