Yokohama Isezakicho Washington Hotel Guest Reviews (16)
Staff were good as I was able to check in as early as 12:30. I'm not sure if that is standard practice but with the rain coming down it was much appreciated. The room itself was a little small once there was the luggage of two adults in the room. But the positives were Isezakicho subway exit being in front of the hotel entry. Outside the entry was a Lawson convenience store. The rooms also had an internet cable and television with plenty of channels. Good stuff!

A typical mid-class Japanese business hotel. Very clean and good sized rooms. Within walking distance of China town with a subway station outside the door made getting places easy. Would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient with subway right outside for Yokohama and Shin-Yokohama stations. Rooms are small as expected but upper floors better than lower. Decor is getting a bit tired now. Lawson store on ground floor is good for drinks and snacks which are not available in the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff helpful and spoke a little English.

Very close to Subway Station, so that no umbrella was necessary to go Yokohama JR Station during rain. Hotel Room is very tiny, Faucet is leaking. I requested to repair Faucet every morning but they sent nobody the first 2 days. They fixed it the 3rd. day. Major Stores and Restaurants are close by.
