This is Serviced apartments but not like Hotel with full facilities. The rooms are spacious but the bed and other facilities very basic. It is good for holidays.

Comfortable mid range apartment with basic facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful despite initial language barriers.

I stayed in the winter and the heating system as well as hot water system was not the best. It may have been my particular room... I have also stayed at the Chungdam Starville which has much more superior facilities.

outlook of the hotel is not that good as it is under construction, hotel rooms are not bad and staff are quite helpful

The room was large enough and has everything from washing machine and stove to computer and TV with big LCD screen. Far better than many of the hotel rooms you can get in Seoul for a similar price. Not right on the subway but not too far either. If you need to stay on that side of town highly recommended
