Yasaka Saigon Nhatrang Hotel Guest Reviews
The description provided in the listing said all 201 rooms have sea views. The rooms on the 2nd floor don't. Naturally, I was given a room for my 4 night stay on the 2nd floor. I had to spend a half an hour discussing truth in advertising and business ethics with the mgr before they put me in a room with a very nice sea view. I ultimately recommend this hotel with the caveat that you need to be vigilant with your consumer rights. Ultimately, they reluctantly took responsibility for their "mistake" in the description. That is somewhat of a positive. The included breakfast was a big plus. The hotel is very close to a nice beach with clean water and good swimming. The price is high for vn, but not high for the Nha Trang strip. The pool is small and exercise equipment is basically non-existent. The weights are light and few; the treadmill skips and other aerobic equipment is inadequate.

For a hotel that claims to be 4 star it left less to be desired. We had cockroaches in our guest room. The hotel seemed to be unfazed when we tried to explain what cockroaches were. Lucky I took pictures. Our level (6) had all of the room doors open for fumigation so we knew something was up. The hotel is located a short taxi trip away from the centre of all of the shopping strips & restaurants. Breakfast was no where near a 4 star breakfast with lost of Asian food/soups and not much of a great “western variety”. We decided to eat next door at the sunrise hotel for breakfast which was beautiful. The hotel had a great tour company which we booked a lovely one day island cruise from as well as motorbikes. At check out we were serviced by a lady with no personality called Trinh. She was downright rude and did not thank us for our stay (I would not expect this from a 4 star hotel). I would rate this hotel 3 star with a 4 star price.
