The room is average and the bed is really small!! The location is not as close as expected.

We had three in a room which was ok but not a lot of room to move. Had a fold out bed which we had to ask for more padding as it was as hard as a rock. Front counter staff were great. Breakfast was great value however, staff could do with some customer service training. Smile for heavens sake!!!! Overall we were very happy with this hotel. Great value.

Very good location for Orchard Road shopping etc. Hotel is getting a bit tired and in need of a refit.

Great location, close to MRT station, room was clean, breakfast basic,, Was convenient to transport and attractions, overall good for a budget price.

The room is clean. Location: easy to go to Dobigaut (?) MRT station. Breakfast is very good for the price. We're going to stay in this hotel again in April 2011.
