Very nice and good value, they gave me a double room when I ordered a twin, but were happy to rectify the situation and I got a free beer out of it

Nice business hotel and good value for money. The rooms are good but try to get a deluxe room, the hotel gets a lot of group tours and they stay on the lower floors, the upper floors (deluxe rooms) have a dedicated lift. The tube station is almost below the hotel. There's a bakery, fast food joint and convenience store just beside the front door. Getting a taxi can be a bit difficult sometimes, would advise you leave a bit earlier for the airport if possible or pre-book a cab for those important meetings.

The hotel was good, with friendly English speaking staff. The restaurant was average with a small selection menu but again friendly staff and chefs. My only real issue was the phone system in the room. After the first night the message light would not turn off, just blinked all night long on all three phones. After two days of technical staff trying to fix the phones, nothing; just 24/7 blinking. They offered to move rooms but once unpacked and moved in I couldn’t see the point. Then the phones started ringing independently from each other and some phone calls had to be answered in the bathroom, other in the bedroom and a few at the desk. Made it interesting, taking business calls in the bathroom with a laptop.

Excellent rooms, top class with all amenities you would expect and a full buffet breakfast with everything you could want. Only problem are the reception staff - won't book taxis etc. Everything else, fine, and I would throughly recommend this hotel for the value it provides.
