I haven't stayed there yet so I can not rate the hotel. However, I made a mistake on my booking. I want to stay the same number of nights but arrive and leave one day later than booked. I realised immediately that there had been a mistake but the hotel will not allow me to change, nor will they let me add one extra day! ANY decent hotel would have worked with me, rather than ignoring me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a very nice place to stay with a big group. Beautiful grounds, freindly staff, will definately stay again.

Wonderful stay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are fantastic along with the two swimming pools. Will definitely stay again.
