Major renovation. Reported bathroom door off slider;Need one soap for sink, one for shower. Need to vacuum hall carpet once in awhile-not done during my 5 day stay. Not ready for family stay.

Just an average hotel. However, it is close to downtown San Jose and the airport. Dining and bar are rather sleepy.

Water leaking in the bathroom from the roof into the tub. Computers and printers not working. Room service bad. Over all not a place we want to stay in again.

Hotel is close to the airport and makes it easy to get to Monterrey Bay and other attractions in the area.
