Wyndham Las Colinas Guest Reviews
I was in town for a business meeting and stayed here. Rooms were clean and well taken care of, I loved the shampoos and lotions provided. I signed up for the ByRequest program and was pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine and a cheese plate on my third night. The staff is exceptional, they are so willing to help out. Hotel has a great indoor pool and hot tub, also a fitness center which I put to good use. Great hotel in the Irving area, I will be back!

The hotel was adequately satisfactory and the staff were professional and accommodating. However, the price there was $95 per night [...]

This was the our first trip to Dallas, so we made a long weekend of it. We arrived shortly after check in time and found that the room that we reserved was too small for the number of individuals in our party. Upon request, the hotel staff quickly upgraded our reservation to a suite and we the found the room quite spacious and the service was great. Coming on a Thursday, we expected the normal activities to take place,(example: outside repairs on the roof), however, we did not expect it on a Saturday or Sunday morning. We did eat in the restaurant but found while the food was good, it was too expensive to eat there every meal. A package of bagels (5 in a package) which costs less than $3 in a grocery, cost $6.95 for one. However, there were other restaurants or food places available. I would certainly choose this hotel again, but not for it's restaurant.

Great facility with a nice pool and friendly staff however things were problematic because of management issues. Our room we first was given had dirty glasses and was cleaned but it seemed like they had forgotten to clean all the way. They were generous and moved us to a suite and it was nice but because they allowed dogs we heard it until midnight. Management failed to contact the people until I called repeatedly. The dog could be heard outside in the hall. Last, as I was swimming in the pool I saw housekeeping go all the way into our room down the hall where my wife was still sleeping and then left. I confronted her and asked if the paper showed we checked out? She said no but was just checking! That's not acceptable. Making it worse she just knocked twice and went right in, no pause for response or anything else. I spoke with the manager and he was nice but it just seems like things could be better managed. However, the facility is a nice place to stay, nice pool and decent fitness center.

Outer appearance of hotel was very nice. Minor construction was going on. The rooms were clean. My complaints are that the air conditoner was very noisy and the light shined in from the hallway all around the door. I had to put the extra blanket over the door to block out the light, which also helped block out the noise from the hallway. I reported all this to the front desk and they assured me that they would look into it. I could not have stayed another night under those conditions. Good hotel if they fix the door seal and AC.
