Very very dirty room, cleaning was sometime done at 4.30PM. the bed sheets were not changed once during our 14 nights. Reception staff unhelpful. this hotel is not a 3* as advertised. The room are very dated. There is concern about security as well, the hotel is formed of 4 buildings, the main doors are left opened during the day and night. We had peoples banging on the door at 4AM shouting and screeming in the corridor as well as phone calls during the night. I have been several times to Miami, there is better hotels with the same location.

The property was very nice and the location convenient to many points of interest. The room was modern & newly renavated. The guest computers were a bit slow and limited staff didn't alow for any assistance with equipment when needed.

good location for all south beach attractions. Hotel is a little tired and the lift was not working for the 2 nights we were there. Staff at reception friendly and helpful especially when the internet access in room did not work either! nice pool area and 5 mins walk to Ocean Drive. No parking at hotel but public parking one block up for 20 usd per 24hrs. Seems standard for South Beach. Try the Pink restaurant for lunch on 2nd the food is amazing and reasonably priced.
