Rooms were clean and well kept up. Housekeeping staff was very pleasent. Pool was clean and in good condition. Hot tub was at a good temperature and the jets were nice and strong. Lots of places to eat nearby. Front desk staff was helpful. This was our second time staying here and next time we are in town, we will stay here again. The room price was very good.

Beds were very comfortable, daily housekeeping did a great job, convenient location, very nice staff - very pleased with experience at this hotel.

Rooms were very clean. The beds were the most comfortable pillow-tops and the pillows were a dream. I slept better at BG than at home. The staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was fabulous and open until 11pm, which was great after walking around downtown Chicago all day. It was further from downtown than we realized, but once we got used to the highway system, it was a breeze.

Had booked 4 rooms and the front staff didn't know how to handle that reservaton. Took a very long time checking in and were very rude. They were acting as though I committed a crime by booking 4 rooms at a time. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff at the restaurant too were very rude. Wouldn't go back again.
