Was perfect for price and location for the amount of time I was in New York City. Would definitely stay there again!

The male who was in charge during checkout was extremely rude and non helpful. Any request was met with "we don't do that" or there is an extra charge. Other than him the staff during check in and during the stay were great. Whoever was on duty at noon on the check out day (noon,7 Dec) should be fired. The hotel is great for a family for location, neighborhood, and kitchen

This was such a good choice. The location is about as good as it gets. 2 blocks from central park and 2 mins from the subway. We paid extra for the studio deluxe and was more than a decent size. Seriously, don't waste time looking elsewhere - book this now.

The location and room were perfect for my trip to New York. It was clean and practical and close to so many great places to eat. The subway station and Central Park were also very close by and convenient to get to. The staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and plan on returning.
