Reception were particularly helpful and friendly Breakfast was excellent Dinner was good without being special - depended on choice of meal

Woodstock Hotel Ennis. The hotel is set in lovely surroundings. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. The bar staff were less so-even one member was quite rude. Bar food menu is awful-no choice and totally overpriced. The staff at breakfast were extremely courteous and breakfast was superb. The house keeping staff are extremely noisy in the morning. No such thing as a lie on. We went on a break from a three year old and two year old. We were awake even earlier in the hotel. The rooms are large and well furnished. overall out of 5 I will rate it as a 3.

Dont forget your shampoo/conditioner and other toileteries as only body lotion and a shower cap were provided! Also tea/coffee/milk was not in abundance...

Lovely golf course, and peaceful surrounding area. Staff very friendly, and evening meal was very good. Swimming facilities were good, although too much chlorine in the pool. Sauna was great, nice n' hot. Overall a very enjoyable stay and reasonably priced during the week.
