Nice hotel/resort but in my view over priced for what you get in Pattaya. Once there I realized that I could have stayed at a superior hotel at half the cost.

This hotel is very good value for money. It is a 10minute walk to a large shopping mall and is located across the road from a large supermarket. I would recommend this hotel for family groups.

As this was a family visit with two children we were given connecting rooms as requested. The deluxe rooms were very nice, and the cleaning & maid service was excellent. A nice pool area with reasonable prices for drinks etc. The location is a little outside the main bustle of pattaya but is only a short baht bus ride to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Overall a very good experience and would stay here again with the family.

From the exterior, the resort looks attractive, however I was quickly disappointed with the overall condition of my room: worn bedding, poorly maintained and operation bathroom facilities, broken sliding glass door and worn drappery. The room overall was sorely in need of upgrade. I found the staff not as friendly or helpful as I experienced in Bangkok. There was no one available to offer assistance for the first time visitor unless I was willing to purchase a tour package. For the price I paid for the room, I was deeply disappointed. I booked this resort based on a recommendation made by someone else on the Internet. I am suspicious that person may have been a employee of the resort.
