The hotel was great! It had great charm to it and the staff was quick and ready to serve. The location was great too, only two blocks away from madison square garden, and walking distance to times square.

The Wolcott is a beautiful, historic hotel that is updated and well-kept. The lobby is beautiful. Our room was very clean and spacious for NYC. We liked the option of three twin sized beds for a group of 3. The check-in/out was very smooth and easy. Our luggage was stored on the last day at no cost. There were delicious muffins, coffee, and tea served each morning in the lobby. The hotel location is great....close to subway, Herald Square, Empire State Building. Our price was great especially for a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I will never book a hotel through you again. I chose a hirer price hotel thinking that it would be nicer. This was a bad deal.

Old style hotel. Nicely maintained. Impressive and beautiful lobby. Room was very small but had high ceiling. Clean. Room was too warm so we slept with windows open which meant sirens and honking horns all night. Morning coffee and muffins in the lobby. However, served skim milk only for coffee, which made it undrinkable for us. What makes this hotel is its location. In midtown, off 5th Avenue, between the Empire State and Flatiron buildings. Not a bad experience but not good enough to seek this hotel specifically next time.
