Cleanliness is only rated as Good because the hotel is being renovated. The room itself was clean and adequate. As usual the breakfast was excellent.

Location is great, Breakfast is nice. Some staff are friendly, and many others are extremely unhelpful, and that actually created some unnecessary inconvenience during our short visit to Munich. Luckily we had a better experience in another hotel nearby during that 2 days. It was very scary as we heard another guy knocking on my door and shouted in the middle of the night. Early morning we saw pants on the floor besides our room...
