I booked the hotel with Cheap Thicket by chat with Chris T. I wanted a hotel nearby Sawgrass Mills Outlet, and these guy told me that the hotel was 15 minutes far from the mall. When we arrived to Miami and wrote the adress of the hotel in the GPS we realized that it is 7 hours far by car from the mall, so we have to pay in another hotel and stay in these other hotel. That night I call Cheap Thicket (24th Nov) and spoke with Dee, after talking with too many other people that couldn´t solved my problem, because I want a refound and she told me to call back on monday. I call back on Monday 28 and spoke with Joshua, and he told me that he was going to get in touch with me in 48 hours, and this didn´t happend. Today I spoke 1 hour with Briana, and this problem can´t be solved jet. I want the refound of my money, because these is foult of Cheap Thiket and I accept the charges with lies and you cheated me. I had never been in Miami so I coulden´t know that the hotel was so far. I went to you to help me and now you are damaging me, because I need that money, my trip was for helping my economy and now I have to pay 2 hotels (the one in were I stayed and the one you charge me by lieing). I can´t pay these and I want the refound. I don´t understand why Cheap Ticket or Chirs T don´t take the responsability of your employe and of your actions. I don´t understand neither why Cheap Thiket is making thise too tired and too long, what are 400 dlls to a big company like you? I need you to solve my problem urgently. If you don´t refound me I am going to get forced to make an scandal and i´m thinking to take a several desition like demanding or something like that. Tahnks and I hope these comments help to solve my problem.

I appreciated having the shuttle. Was there only one night,however, will be returning in December for a longer stay and will probably book in with you all again....

This hotel is perfect for someone going back and forth to the Mayo complex. Parking at Mayo means a long walk so the SHUTTLE is a blessing. Breakfast had hot scrambled eggs and bacon, as well as make your own waffles and the other standards. This is the preferred way to start your day. The room with an ottoman for tired feet and a desk, refigerator, microwave and coffee maker made for a comfortable refuge after a tiring day. It was a great location because there's a Starbucks, a Ruby Tuesday restaurant, Publix supermarket and a Chinese takeout all next door
