Hotel was real nice,very friendly. My problem is with the booking. We ask for a roll in shower.My husband is in a wheelchair and can't stand very long. When we got to the hotel it was a shower tub .I couldn't even get the chair in the bathroom. The person that booked the room put me on hold to check to make sure that the hotel did have a roll in shower. The hotel changed rooms for us but it had a tub and was smaller than the first. I know there is hotels out there that have showers like this . We stayed for two nights because we had to be in the area for Special Olympics. When they double check for you and then it isn't right. Doesn't say much for the ones that book your rooms. real disapointed.

Rained every day so, we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was relaxing. Decent breakfast. Clean room.

Hotel was attractive from the outside; room was mediocre at best; towels had holes in them; front desk mistakenly cancelled room key after first night-we were there for 8 days; breakfast was adequate, and well stocked; we were asked to leave room earlier than planned on couple occasions because housekeeping staff "wanted to go home early"

Great location! Close to many varied things to do-Nashville, battle fields, The Hermitage! Many restaurant's in the area to choose from!

Arrived around 10 o'clock p.m. to a very welcoming Front Desk Agent named [...]. Was very accommodating to our needs, and upgraded our room to a Suite for the entire trip. [...]clean hotel, great breakfast provided, rooms clean, AC in perfect working order for the TN heat.
