Amazing b'fast, all staff are well trained., very friendly, very helpfull

Check in was perfect. Everyone has a smiley face and speaks good english. Room was clean and nice and ready for check in. Breakfast was first class! What was lacking is WIFI in the lobby as well as in the room. They make the perfect stay IMPERFECT by not offering free WIFI. Charge is US$17/day even using WIFI at lobby. This is day light lobbery. In the modern day and time, even a 2 star hotel offers FREE wifi. It's time Windsor kept up with modern travellers' needs.

I was in HCM for business trip and this is my first time stay at this Hotel . It a nice , clean and convenience hotel to stay with all the helpful and friendly staffs in this hotel . Try it yourself and your will feel the same as me .

Hotel was a little out of the way from district 1 but that turned out to make it an oasis. They offer everything that you need right on site, with three different restaurants and a roof top bar with fabulous views!

We stayed in two hotels in Saigon. The Windsor was an excellent choice. My wife loves to shop- there are three levels of shops in the basement. We wanted to try Vietnamese food. We used the restaurant on the 25th Floor- what a view! The food is fantastic. Unfortunately the wine is still at Western prices but spirits and cocktails are cheap. The hotel is close to Museums and all the sights. They record the number plates of your taxis- taxis ripping you off is a common problem in Saigon. The actual room is quite large, the bathroom is great and the view from our room was also excellent. All the staff we encountered were trying to be pleasant and helpful. To get all this at a reasonable price was truly exceptional.
