"The Hotel was very nice, Staff very friendly and efficient. The only downside we found was the breakfast buffet was the poorest we have ever come across in any hotel."

"Good, clean, nice n very friendly staff. U can use shuttle bus to city. Unfortunatly there is no free airport pick up (not like usual 5 star hotel). And if they can get designer n make rooms as a 5 star will be just fine. But service still be very very good. Good baby/child service (playroom, gameroom). Very nice spa but angry manegment (maybe i hv to pay tips to them as wel). Good breakfast buffet. Oh yes, rooftop bar... good relaxation end of the day"

"One of the better hotels in Saigon. Location is abit far from the District 1 but the hotel provides shuttle bus to the district 1. The shuttle bus can accommodate about 12 people maximum so if the bus is full you would have to take a taxi or wait an hour for the next service. It would be good to wait at the hotel lobby at least 5-10mins before the hour and likewise at the various drop-off points. The breakfast is average and serves pretty much the same food everyday with minimal variations. I would recommend after trying the breakfast for the first one or two days to go out for breakfast. The staff are generally polite and friendly and they try their best to communicate in English. Overall I would rate this hotel 8/10. Location would be the only minor problem. "

"It's my 1st time to HCMC, staying with Windsor Plaza Hotel. It was somehow a distance (about 30 minutes) drive from International Airport. But, if you boarded on Vinasun Taxi, it costed you only about VND110.000. And the staffs at the frontline is giving a excellent services too. Will stay there again if going to HCMC again."

"Rooms are very big, clean and nicely decorated. Reception staff know very little English. Buffet breakfast was good, I would not recommend the buffet dinner (over priced for what it is). Shuttle bus runs into the city centre quite frequently, although they do not stop at the market even though you drive straight past it. The room had double glazed windows so we could not hear any traffic or night club noise. I did have a look at the pool, it looked really nice (a bit small) but unfortunately while we were there it was being upgraded. "
