It is nice and quiet ..not exclusive but you have everything you need. they offer a kind of buffet in the morning so you wont starve to death (croissant and coffee/juice) free internet .. the worse thing is parking and finding one is a problem ..I found one a few blocks away ..a small gas station-oil change on 22 street next to Taras Shevchenko sculpture (ask for Abraham... he is in charge).

Good except that the wall light fixture fell off in my hand when i first used it. I got it back on the wall butr it was still loose. Otherwise the room (small) was clean and acceptable

Hotel was fine, older but clean. For a special weekend, the dedication of the King memorial, the price was good. But the view from my 5th floor room was of, no kidding, an elevator shaft. Will stay here again but the price definitely needs to be a good deal

I'm a recent college grad and my friends and I decided to take a trip to Washington D.C. as none of us has ever been. We were working with a budget and most of the hotels in D.C. were out of our price range. I found this deal on Cheap Tickets and decided to book it although the room looked a little small. After reading the reviews I expected the room to be a mess, the staff to be horrible and maybe even seen a few bugs. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, helped us with parking inquiries and even suggested places to eat. The room was clean, although it was on the small side and had an old t.v. It was fine for us as we only used the room to sleep in and did not spend much time in there. I'm not sure about their continental breakfast as the money we saved on the hotel we were able to use it for dinning out. Parking I will say was a bit difficult. We lucked out as we went for the weekend, so most of the No Parking Monday - Friday rules did not permit. We had questions about parking and the guy at the front desk graciously looked up the answer on the internet and called up to our room to report his findings. Overall it was a good deal for the price payed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a low cost hotel room in Washington D.C. especially if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room.
