Windsor Palace Hotel Alexandria Guest Reviews
the hotel is nice but the service is very very bad starting from the reception to the room service you have to call them more than 3 times followed by presenting at the reciption . they have excelent views but very poor service

The Windsor Hotel is worth staying in because of the excellent location and also because it has a roof terrace overlooking the Corniche which can be used for either sitting and relaxing or for meals. The food was okay but there are many fish restaurants within walking distance. Its appeal is its very old fashioned with an ancient lift to all the floors and therefore rather quaint.

Very nice old building, with the coolest elevator I ever seen. And the breakfast is served with a nice view on the top floor. Service is good, and the location is perfect. The only problem here is the bad smell. The room was smelling like a mens toilet. I stayed here before in another room, and had the same problem.

Fabulous location with rooftop restaurant overlooking the bay of Alexandria.

Breakfast was aweful - the restaurant manager seemed incapable of seeing that food and juice had run out on both mornings we stayed there. Generally a good hotel, but a few nudges would make it excellent.
