Large hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Good choice buffet breakfasts. Great place for relaxing, two nice swimming pools and choice of lounge areas. Suits families with younger kids.

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel is decent enough and the location is the best u could ask for in Kuta. Loved the pool and the eggs at breakfast. At first we got a very bad room but later the manager changed it for a better one. If u are lucky enough to get one of the good rooms, u will enjoy ur stay. PS:try to avoid rooms on the first floor near the main pool, stairs for which are near the breakfast area.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 11 nights, I stayed for 1 night and even that was horrible. The rooms were dirty, bath was black and filthy and the sheets were stained. The wood in the beds was splintering and very old. The staff were rude and not very helpful at all. i was made to wait 30 mins at reception just to get the details to access the wi-fi and then that didn't work. When the problems with the rooms were pointed out to the manager, the response I got was "You can't please all the people all of the time." The first night I was there I had people tryihng to get into my room at 2am which compoletely scared my children. For a deluxe room in a supposed 4 star etablishment, I think the management are in complete denial about standards and stars. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
