The people were nice but the service was a bit ordinary at times - they forgot completely about our breakfast!

We had three nights at Willowbank and the stay was great. very clean, neat cabins with all that we needed. We operate 4 1/2 Star serviced apartments in Melbourne and are very harsh critics of places we stay in. Willowbank passed the test in all aspects. A little dated in decor, but well presented and very, very clean. Great scenery from the front door of the unit and close and convenient to all services. Competitively priced and great value for the family. Highly recommended.

Had two, two bedroom units the hot plates did not work in our room. A bit out of town but then the restaurants overcharge for the crays.[ in Melbourne supermarkets for $19 you get a bigger cray than what we got for $100 in a Kaikoura.]
