Stayed in the old wing. Comfortable. A big hotel with lots of people. The staff was friendly and helpful. Short walk from Metro/S-bahn station.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were fairly large for europe. Included breakfast was decent enough, cereal, bread, fruit, cold cuts and some hot food. Location is about a 15 minute walk from where the action is in the centre but its basically one street straight down. Public transport is a 2 minute walk away but we chose to walk most places. S Bahn from the airport goes to this station. All in all a very reasonable hotel and have no qualms in recommending it.

Pleasantly located and very well equiped. The front desk staff are excellent and cannot assist enough. On 6 Jan it was my wife's birthday and at 10 hours notice organised flowers - awesome in winter and sparkling wine for our breakfast. Considering 6 Jan is a SERious public holiday in Austria, this was very good. The fee was also extremely modest. The Breakfast buffet is also superb and worth staying just on its own!

Would be hotel of choice for a return visit. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, and room spotless. Loved staying here.

It would be nice if there was also small shampoo in the bathroom and some English spoken programs on TV set.We would also prefer if there were coffee machines for breakfast with freshly made coffee. And my little daughter found some strange pills under the bed! Better cleaning I would recomend.

A decent hotel not too far from the city centre (still within walking distance). The continental breakfast has a good selection.

Just a 5 min to Prater, very good location on a quiet street. Very kind stuff. Will stay there again.

This hotel is good value with easy access to public transportation. Breakfast is good but could be better with more than only one type of fresh fruit (melon only for the whole week) and either bacon or sausage. Members of the staff are friendly and helpful but their smoking in the office is offensive because you can smell it right into the dining room.

The hotel is nicely situated near the Prater and the U-bahn is easily accesable from the Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Altough it is indicated in their information booklet that the rooms and public areas sre non-smoking, a strong smell of sigarette smoke was present throughout the hotel.

Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and had a great buffet breakfast. Free internet was vey handy. The location is close to the train station but is not in the best area. It was a little scary walking home at night. I would recommend it to others.

clean hotel with helpful staff in a location reasonably close to the center( two stops on the underground). We had a good stay there and would stay there again. Despite the absence of a hot water pot in the room, the hotel was a real positive.

A short distance from the centre but easy to get about from. A very efficient Underground only 3 mins walk away and 2 stops takes you in to the city. 5 minutes walk to the big wheel and a trip on this gives you a fantastic view of Vienna. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with advice. Very good choice on the buffet breakfast. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Could not fault the hotel or staff here. Fine cafe bar just round the corner that serves fantastic food and very reasonably priced too. Going back again next year.... booked already.

We have stayed here twice. The front desk is very helpful. The rooms are clean, have airconditioning, and nice baths. The breakfast is very good, and has a lot of selections. This is a very good, moderately-priced European hotel. Just a couple minutes walk to the Underground, so you can be at St. Stephen's Square in no more than 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

The hotel can be reached by direct suburban train from the airport and it is only a few blocks from the station. Good breakfast and free internet. Very clean and large rooms in a quiet area. Staff are helpful but need prompting. Worst features are the number of deadbeats hanging around the station (although they never caused us any problem) and a very diligent housemaid who insisted on moving our personal belongings to where she thought they should go.
